Inner of hot case made of GI sheet with S.S Sliding door, Unit will have one top shelf 12" wide made of S. Steel. Bain marie and Hot Case will be fitted with heating element & automatic temperature controller. Unit will be mounted on S.S tubular legs with adjustable bullet feet.
