on each deck. Specially designed heaters, proportionally
mounted on top and bottom of deck for even heat. Top
& bottom heat is independently controlled. Damper
controls. Heavy duty-legs or steel wheel (for 4 Deck
ovens) LPG or electricity operation. Easy to maintain
- accessability to control panel. Inner wall made of
special thick steel sheet of 14SWG special 4 mm thick
chequered iron plate for baking purpose, insulation
with 100mm mineral wool. |

These Conventional
Model Ovens are provided with minimum Deck height (working
inside height) as 225 mm & this can accomodate all
the products from Biscuits to large jumbo breads.
Special Model :
In these special Models, decks are segregated -
There are small height decks (150mm), which are used
for all the products, except Bread or items. Normal
height (225 mm) deck(s) are provided for bread etc. |

assembly, thermostatically controlled. The cabinet is
fitted with Stainless Steel horizontal tray slides to
accomodate standard trays (405x560), fitted with one
large Stainless Steel door. The cabinet moves on wheels. |
